Cheese Please!!!

Everyday is a treat when you are a part of the team at Soirée Productions.

This week, we were especially lucky to have a private cheese tasting from the lovely Lindsay at Fromages s’il vous plait.

The fancy title means “cheese please” in French…but we were cheese pleased by her divine pairings and Lindsay’s serious knowledge of all things in the cheese world.

She has a true understanding of presentation and quality, and the experience is simply wonderful.

Lindsay is incredibly skilled at creating custom cheese pairings, and also uses her talent to make the increasingly popular “cake of cheese”.

As a personal fromager, she uses her wealth of experience in the catering, pastry and cooking world to create an incredibly unique experience for your most private of events and can even impress 600 of your closest friends.

She brought a most pleasant collection of

cheese pairings to our studio:

  • Drunken Goat (Spain, brine soaked, goat’s milk) with dried black mission figs.
  • Manchego (Spain, hard aged, sheep’s milk) with Spanish salami.
  • Barely Buzzed (Utah, aged cheddar, cow’s milk) with warm caramel.

  • Point Reyes Blue (California, aged blue, cow’s milk) with dark chocolate.

We are really excited to have met Lindsay and Fromages s’il vous plait!

We can’t wait to share her very special talent with our friends and clients.  Adding a personal cheese experience is something that absolutely increases the experience of your event.
