Soirèe Wedding Day Celebration Special Offered at $2,800!
This “Wedding Day” coordination package is designed for the couple who have completed most of their planning and preparation and is offered to newly engaged brides who book their wedding by January 31, 2010! We will direct the ceremony and reception according to your plans and specifications so your day is flawless. Our team will communicate with and direct your vendors for set up as well as timing and placement. You may add a ceremony rehearsal for an additional $200.
This special package is designed for up to 100 guests. Additional items may be added but includes:
- Wedding Day Coordination for up to 5 hours
- Bride’s Bouquet & Maid of Honor’s Bouquet
- Boutonnières for Groom and Best Man
- Tuxedo or Suit Rental for Groom and Best Man
- Floor length beautiful linens for up to 10 tables
- Your planner will negotiate group rates for lodging and transportation
- You are encouraged to utilize our online vendor gallery to select your vendors
- Wedding Coordination begins four weeks prior to your wedding date
- One hour in-studio consultation to wrap up details
- One 1 hour site inspection the week of your wedding
- Professional planning templates are provided to assist you with organization
- One Soirée planner on your wedding day for up to 5 hours
- Receive all personal items (guest book, toasting flutes, favors, etc.)
- Distribute final payment & gratuities to vendors (paid by client)
- Post reception strike
- Delivery of gifts and personal items to designated area or store at Soirée for pick up within 72 hours
