We are happy to assist you with all of your design and decor needs. Our event designers will work with you to create the look that is right for you and provide you with chair rentals, linens, dancefloor, specialty decor for your place cards, votive candle rentals, hurricane rentals, lighting, and so much more. Our inventory of rental items will ensure your design is complete. Please let us know how we may assist you. We also feature beautiful non-slip aisle runners in white or ivory or consider customizing a runner with your monogram. Let us decorate and take care of your set up and strike so that you may enjoy your day!

Napa Valley
Black Swan Lake
A little wine, great food, and lots of reasons to celebrate. Black Swan Lake, a unique venue on a private estate offering views, vineyards, and a lake. If you're lucky enough to be one of the few selected to host your wedding at Black Swan Lake (only 4 per year are permitted) you'll enjoy every minute and create romantic memories to go with your love story.
Stein Eriksen Lodge
Flagstaff Mountain Deck, Plaza Terrace, Olympic Conference Center
Stein Eriksen Lodge a five diamond property offers many options for your wedding celebration. Gorgeous views are available on the Flagstaff Mountain Deck for an outdoor ceremony or consider the Plaza Terrace. The Olympic Conference Center offers space for up to 300 guests and a large pre-function space for guests to mingle. For smaller events (up to 90), Stein Erikse Lodge offers the Odin/Valhalla room. The Odin deck is a great location for your ceremony, cocktail hour or evening gathering space. Known for their culinary expertise, your guests are sure to savor every bite! Stein Eriksen Lodge is a world class resort. Lodging is also available on property and a complimentary suite for the bride and groom is offered with every wedding package.
Silver Lake Lodge
Summer at Silver Lake Lodge
Located mid-mountain Silver Lake Lodge is the largest of those located at Deer Valley Resort. Silver Lake Lodge can accommodate up to 200 guests comfortably (and a bit more if necessary). With spectacular views of the slopes, winter and summer weddings are are beautiful. Silver Lake Lodge offers a large deck or lawn area for your ceremony and cocktail hour.
Empire Canyon Lodge

Located in upper Deer Valley, the Empire Canyon Lodge offers a secluded lawn area where the trees outline the space for a beautiful outdoor wedding celebration. The lodge offers seating for up to 170 guests comfortably however, with a few creative ideas we have been known to accommodate the space for many more. The lodge is gorgeous and accessible any time of the year!

Empire Canyon Lodge is amazing in the winter with snow falling and skiers browsing. Your wedding ceremony may be held in the beautiful Daly Loft or at a local church. Plan to arrive via sleigh and enjoy the views!
Sundance Resort
Rehearsal Hall & Screening Room Gallery/Lawn
The amazing Sundance resort is located just 45 minutes from the Park City area. An easy drive to Sundance, you will capture your guests at one venue. The Sundance Village offers activities, a general store, and two restaurants to choose from. The Rehearsal Hall is a great space to hold your reception and you might consider the Screen Room Gallery and Lawn for your ceremony.

The Sundance Resort is just as pretty in the winter as it is amazing in the summer. Host your ceremony in the Rehearsal Hall with a waterfall in the background or in a romantic candlelit Screening Room Gallery. Either location will leave you breathless.
Stein Eriksen Lodge-Winter
Winter in the Flagstaff Room, Plaza Terrace, Olympic Conference Center
Stein Eriksen Lodge offers beautiful views in the winter. Utilize the Olympic Conference Center ballroom for your ceremony or consider the Flagstaff Room. Tenting is always an option on the Plaza Terrace in the winter months. The food, wine, and service are exceptional any time of year.
Chateaux Ballroom
Chateaux at Silver Lake Village
The Chateux at Silver Lake contains the largest ballroom in the Park City/Deer Valley area. Able to accommodate up to 500 of your guests, this venue is ideal for larger celebrations. The Chateaux is a full-service hotel offering hotel rooms and up to a four-bedroom suite. On site catering service is provided by very prestigious Levy Group. The Levy Group also operates the Bistro Toujours located in the lobby of the hotel. The Chateaux features a beautiful courtyard ideal for a cocktail reception or small ceremony.
Hotel Park City
Rose Garden & Formal Lawn
Offering an exquisite dining experience, Hotel Park City has both indoor and outdoor areas to host a small wedding. If you are planning a group of 100 or more, consider utilizing the rose garden or formal lawn with extraordinary views of the Park City mountains and golf course. Tent options are available. Invite all of your guests to stay in one of the gorgeous hotel rooms or suites.
Snow Park Lodge-Winter

The Snow Park Lodge is a great location. The unique clock room is situated with views of lower Deer Valley Resort. It houses built-in lounge areas, a separate bar area perfect for a winter cocktail hour, and a very large deck for outdoor mingling. In the summer months, Snow Park Lodge is home of the Utah Symphony.
Churches
St. Mary's Catholic Church & Old Town Chapel
St. Mary's Catholic Church located on White Pine Canyon Road in Park City offers wedding ceremonies at 10:00 am, Noon, and 2:00 p.m. The church is large enough for up to 500 guests. With it's large picture windows, it provides wonderful views of the mountainside. To reserve the church for your wedding day, you must contact the church office at (435) 649-6976. For smaller ceremonies you might consider the historic Old Town Chapel located just behind Main Street. All religions are welcome at the Old Town Chapel. To reserve the chapel, call St. Mary's.

Log Haven is nestled in the Millcreek Canyon area of Salt Lake City. Conveniently located approximately 20 miles from the Salt Lake International airport. The building is over 100 years old and features fine dining. The culinary experience at Log Haven is award winning. Experience an outdoor ceremony in the meadow or on the canyon side. Indoor and outdoor receptions are available.
