We recommend you review our Wedding Planning Packages and determine the one (or combination) that is right for you. There is no perfect package, so allow us to customize a package that might work best for you. Packages begin at $2,000. These packages are based on Park City venues. An additional $250 will be added for venues outside of Summit County.
This is our most comprehensive and most popular package. This package is unlimited and designed for the busy, professional couple or those planning a destination wedding in Utah. This service allows our planners to be available on an ongoing basis. You may stay as involved as you wish. With our guidance, you’ll be informed of deadlines and you’ll enjoy every minute of the planning.

- Negotiation of vendor packages to include the following if necessary:
- Venue(s)
- Florist
- Photographer

- Ceremony Music

- Hair & Make-Up Artists
- Rentals (Chair/Chair Covers/Linens)
- Unlimited meetings/consultations with couple
- Up to two Soirée coordinators on your wedding day

This package is for the couple who are available to do most of the planning and preparation. We will provide you with a list of our preferred vendors that we feel would work well with your chosen style and budget at the early stages of your planning.

This “day of” coordination package is designed for the couple who have completed all of their planning and preparation. We will direct the ceremony and reception according to your plans and specifications so that your day is flawless. On your wedding day, we will be your direct line of communication for family, attendants, guests and vendors.
